Squirts & PW Minors – PW Majors & Bantams - Midget age groups including Prep and Juniors

• Fundamentals of power skating: balance, edge control, explosive acceleration and powerful strides
• Skill development drills emphasized through stick handling, passing and shooting.
• One-on-one tactics
• How to win the battles in the corners
• How to finish off a breakaway or two-on-one
• Off Ice Training & Plyometrics
